Stem Return Policy?
Stem.com offers a refund for nearly any purchase for any reason. This could be because the PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements, the game was bought by mistake, or the title was played for an hour and just didn't like it. The request for a refund must be made within the required return period, and in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours.
A full refund of the purchase will be issued within a week of approval. The refund will be received in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Steam is unable to issue a refund via the initial payment method, the Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount.
The Steam refund offer, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime, applies to games and software applications on the Steam store. Refunds on Downloadable Content (DLC) purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred.
Steam will offer refund for in-game purchases within any Valve-developed games within forty-eight hours of purchase, so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred. When a title is purchased on Steam prior to the release date, the two-hour playtime limit for refunds will apply, but the 14-day period for refunds will not start until the release date.
